[otrs] LDAP question

hi, hi have a problem with ldap customer autentication the ldap server is openldap hi have just installed net::ldap hi have copy the code into Config.pm but not run :( when i go into admin intervace and search a customer i have only database backend... some idea??? thanck's a lot Luca --
