It sends me emails only when OTRS sends an email. If the user open a ticket and closes it without sendint mail, like a phone call, I don't receive anything. There's aany other way?
You can send out notifications aboutmany things, but not for every thing. See the preferences for the different notification types. But I think its not possible to get informed per mail about every thing.
