[otrs] How to move a person

Hi All, We're currently running 2.2.4 w/ LDAP working. I have an interesting problem. I have a person who logged into the system using the customer interface initially. They are actually an agent. No matter what I try in the Users/Groups menus I can't move the person to an agent instead of a customer. Any ideas? Thx!
