[otrs] Limit Note Size

Hi all, I want to limit the note size of the tickets while adding notes to say 10 lines or 800 characters. Is this possible through some feature in otrs or i have to write some script about that. I am currently using otrs 1.3.2 on apache on fedora 3. Or if somebodyhas already done it and can share the solution with me. i will be highly thankful to him. -- Thanks, __________________________________ Ashish
