[otrs] 2.4.4 HTML

I'm sure this is really easy and I am just missing it - I am having trouble finding an option to view tickets in HTML format in OTRS. Everything is being converted to text and I would like it be HTML (for formatting, inline images, styles, etc...). I was under the impression that 2.4.4 allowed this. Will keep browsing the manual.
