[otrs] Default Customer and User views

Hi all To me, the Customer and User views seem to be 'alien', as 'Silver Springs' also found out earler. I would prefer to be able to see all the customers and all the users by default rather than searching for * Is it possible to change this default behaviour to the reverse and show them all? Maybe an enhancement request to toggle this in future? Thanks Neil
