I have deleted all but one email addresses from the
postmaster pop3 account.
Now there is only one pop3 account in the otrs. But that
single account is also not able to
Receive mails.

Which queue did you specify this new email address to pop3
from under postmaster pop3 account?
If it is the same as your previous one, therein lies the
issue.
I would change it to POP3 to a different queue than the
prior one that was working, and let us know your results.
It sounds like the two are fighting for the same queue.

have been using OTRS for the last 4 months. Last week I added 1 more email ID
in the OTRS in the

address section and
Postmaster
Pop3 account
Subsequently
we are not able to receive emails in the OTRS in any of the email ids which
were operative in OTRS.
