/Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AgentTicketQueueTicketView.dtl>:

Uncomment the lines:

   <tr  valign="top">
      <td><b>$Text{"Owner"}:</b></td>
      <td>
$QData{"Owner","18"}</div></td>
   </tr>
