It looks like an upgrade from OTRS 1.0 to 1.1!?
it's a upgrade from 1.1.1 to 1.1.2 but i think we have do some test with 1.0 before 1.1.1...
Did you upgrade the database?
I 'll check if i have forgotten something about the database and the conversion.
What database do you use?
