[otrs] Adding Fields to Forms

Hi, is it possible to add new fields to forms. In this case I want to add a Bugzilla ID field to the call forms to record issues logged with the internal engineering team. I assume I would need to alter some tables to allow this field to get populated in MySQL, cheers paul....
