It is looking good. I did "rpm -Uhv suse-9.1-otrs-1.2.3-02.i386.rpm" while my previous version still was running, and then I followed all "Next steps" advices except the "install the OTRS database" advice, and OTRS continues to work. Cheers -e -- Eberhard Moenkeberg (emoenke@gwdg.de, em@kki.org)
