go to SysConfig, search for "sort", choose Frontend::Agent::Ticket::ViewQueue and select what you'd like it sorted on by default, age being the default.

If you want to sort it on the fly, i don't know if there's a way to do that.

Just create an additional Filter that is executed after the one you have already.
Set the Ignore flag to no again and define other settings as  you need.
