[otrs] "use diagnostics"

Hi everyone, When I run my stats script on our OTRS server, it causes OTRS to die with a message about &diagnostics (This is the windows server version, it doesn't do it on the Linux version.) Where is "use diagnostics" specified in OTRS? many thanks Frank UWA business school.
