[otrs] (no subject)

Hi, I have successfully implemented in my windows environment but dont know how to implement/configure Survey module. I can create survey but it does not send an email/notification to user about survey? does anyone know how to do that? any help will be appriciated. thanks in advance. - nilesh ______________________________________________________________________
