Hi, I hope I am answering in the thread, if not iam refering to http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs/2004-January/003508.html . I'm experiencing the same problem with otrs 1.2, while I did not with 1.1.3 Using the SetPermissions.sh from 1.1.3 on the 1.2 system solved it, the only difference seems to be : < chmod 775 $OTRSDEST/var/log/TicketCounter.log ---
chmod 644 $OTRSDEST/var/log/TicketCounter.log
