hi all

i was just testing otrs application. once its installed sometimes i get a httpd.exe fauilure message. after which i have to start the apache server manually. i am sure otrs is very robust but i am unable to understand why this is happening. is it because its conflicting with some other applicaiton. did somebody encounter this problem before. if the apache server fails its very hard and we dont knoew any way to fiz it. so we end up uninstalling the software. please help!
