We need queues to be apparent in the Open Tickets dashlet. So instead of having just Open tickets, regardless which queue they belong to, we would like to have something similar to the QueueView on the dashboard.

Hi, You could try to create new theme and edit dashboard dtl file. It is not easy task. -- mv
