I have a problem when i closed a ticket. The problem is that the time follow runing after of closed the ticket. what have that make for that its no hapend
Same old story: Time is not to stop. I guess what you want is not the age of a ticket, but the duration of time from its beginning till the last state of type 'closed'. This is merely a matter SQL and statistics. For the moment, you cannot solve this issue from within OTRS without thorough coding.
