[otrs] Adding a bcc entry for all outgoing mail

Excuse me if this has been asked before - what is the "best practice" for having all OUTGOING mail from otrs going (via a bcc line) to an "archive" mailbox. Or another way of asking is - which form can I edit to accomplish this? David Hoskin
