Hello.
In v.2.1.1, WHERE is the code for Generic.pm?
I had modifications in v.2.0.4. I'm trying to install my customizations.
I've never seen a Generic.pm, do you mean GenericAgent.pm? If so, look in ~otrs/Kernel/Config/, same as 2.0.x. Bryan
