Hi,

For a few days, I have two errors in system logs.

the first

DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Lost connection to MySQL server during query at /opt/otrs/Kernel/System/DB.pm line 559.
ERROR: OTRS-UnlockTickets-10 Perl: 5.8.8 OS: linux Time: Thu Jun  9 06:15:15 2016

the second

Charset encode 'gb2312' -=> 'utf-8' (¥«¥ë¥È¥»¥¸¥å£­¥ë¸üР†–ºÏ¤») not supported!
I don't know if this errors are related and I don't know what I can do for this
