[otrs] Creating User as Customer

Hi, I want to create users as customers also as some of these users may require services which other customers may be looking. I have noticed that, the users are not visible as customers and the call coordinator is not allowed to raise tickers on behalf of these users. I would like to know whether some one has come across this situation and solved this problem. Thanks, Prafulla
