Hi Shrikant,
Tickets can never be edited. This is a good thing, because
you don't want customers to change what they asked for and then call you and
complain you didn't solve their problem correctly.
The customer will have to add a note to the
ticket.
Customers can not change the queue, as far as I know. Only
agents.
