It's not computer specific right?

You have tried the same username on another computer or with another browser like moziilla?

Second , could you please check time and date of the computer. (Plus year please... Today is 19th of August "2010")

If you have tried them all , could you try to reset the attributes in the preferences section like if you have defined an imap address etc. Or could you compare the user preferences settings with another user.

If none fixes the issue pm me maybe we can look together to solve the issue ( i can connect with teamviewer etc. if you would like to)

I have one user who is experiencing some weird behavior. Any time he tries to go to the Dashboard, he gets the login screen with a message that his session has timed out. All other modules (Ticket, FAQ, etc) are fine. It is, however, 100% repeatable that clicking on Dashboard will take him to the login screen. If he re-authenticates, he can see the Dashboard fine, but if he clicks again on “Dashboard” (or goes away and tries to come back), he’ll get the login screen.

The system log just shows a bunch of authentications for him (all successful). No other messages about him or his sessions.

I had him try logging out to clear any session data and then log back in, but the behavior persisted.

As far as I know, he is the only user seeing this behavior.

Any thoughts on where to look?

Thanks,

Geoff
