Hello Michael,
I also have OTRS 2.2.1 installed on a Linux box and on Server 2003,
but can not get LDAP to work. I think I have the same problem.

I've read a lot of help on configuring LDAP on Linux boxes. However, I have a Windows 2003 Server with OTRS configured. I made all of the relative changes suggested in the config.pm file.
I need to install perl::ldap on this server, and I am having issues. I have my server setup with 2 different partitions a C drive and a D drive. OTRS is configured on the D drive. What changes do I need to make in order to install perl::ldap to the D drive so that it will work with OTRS.
I would also like to get SSL working as well to meet PCI requirements.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
