Anyone?  I can’t for the life of me find the setting for this.  I am using the default reply rule, with the text included being generated from
<OTRS_CONFIG_HttpType>://<OTRS_CONFIG_FQDN>/<<OTRS_CONFIG_ScriptAlias>customer.pl?Action=CustomerZoom&TicketID=<OTRS_TICKET_TicketID>

The parameter details are
Http
{servername}.usc.edu:90
otrs

Consistently, the message is having a line break inserted immediately after the OTRS_CONFIG_ScripAlias, making the link useless
