also, the otrs.log can't be written to because of permissions. so allow "everyone" to write to the file. The error messages tell you exactly what the problem is. If a table is crashed, repair the table. If you have no permissions, give them. On Thu, Feb 21, 2013 at 10:21 AM, Gerald Young wrote:
