I’ve upgraded from 2.0.4 to 2.4.3. When in [Admin-Area]->[User], none of the users are listed. Users do appear if I perform a search.
What might be causing user not to be listed by default?
Hello Wayne, I think this is wanted and no error, you have to search for "*" to list all users or customers. Since I work with OTRS only since version 2.3 I didn't even know another way. Please see bug 1728 : http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1728 But be careful, I couldn't yet manage to get a complete list. The results seem to be limited to 250 entires, but you don't get a warning about that. I'm still analyzing if it's a bug or my fault.
