I have stumble upon a problem.
On the old system they run 2.2.5 and on the new 2.3.3. Following the step by step guide I end up with problems.
After doing mysqldump command as outlined in the documentation.
The problem is after I run the mysql -u -r otrs < otrs.sql command. Nothing is imported to the database.
When I ran a backup/restore I was able to run the update script and the move was a partial success.
I haven't verified any other configuration options is working.
Anyone got a thought why the guide didn't work?

I am in the process to move a OTRS system from a Windows Small Business Server 2003 (Austrian Language version) to a Windows Server 2008 machine.
And I have failed to find a suitable document that describes how to proceed with the move. It might be my google-skills that lacks. J
What would be the best procedure to follow?
