[otrs] Moving from 2.2.4 to 2.2.7

Are there any database implications in moving from OTRS 2.2.4 to OTRS 2.2.7? Can I simply export the database on one system and import it on another? If so,

Is there a published method to export the (MySQL) database using phpMyAdmin? Is there a published method to import the (MySQL) database using phpMyAdmin?
