Hi,<br><br>The default behavior is safer since it will take more than a single step to say edit or make invalid an user/customer. If you definitely want to change it, I guess you could edit the Admin page and replace /otrs/<a href="http://index.pl?Action=AdminUser">index.pl?Action=AdminUser</a> for /otrs/<a href="http://index.pl?Action=AdminUser&amp;Search=*">index.pl?Action=AdminUser&amp;Search=*</a> (similar for customers)<br>
