Is there a way to allow a &quot;one-click/screen&quot; assignment of the following:<br><ul><li>Queue</li><li>Owner</li><li>FreeText</li></ul>It would seem that the easiest way would be to provide a queue pulldown in AgentTicketOwner, but I&#39;m open to other suggestions (AgentTicketNote?).<br>
