hello, I want to install OTRS on a RedHat System. Martin Edenhofer told me that many people run OTRS on RedHat, and he said, that someone made a rpm for redhat. Or maybe anybody has written a installation-howto or give hints for RedHat? Thanks a lot Stefan Steglich
