[otrs] change pending time

      Hey guys,

I just wanted to know how I can change the frequency of the reminding
emails. I know that I have to change this line in
otrs/otrs/var/cron/pending_jobs.dist:

45 * * * * $HOME/bin/PendingJobs.pl >> /dev/null

Unfortunately I don't know what I have to change here. I would like to
have these emails send every 6 hours. How can I do that?
