Hi there is a script called otrs<version>/bin/otrs.checkModules.
make sure that you have all the needed perl modules.

Hello..
I ran through all the installation instructions successfully (no errors at all)....however when I try to log into the system @ http://localhost/otrs/index.pl I get a 500 Internal Server Error
I checked my messages log and get the following:

as you can see Im getting a general protection error on index.pl....any idea why this is happening?
