[otrs] Turn off auto priority

      Hi All,

I am currently running a OTRS / ITSM 3.1.1 install and we are using services
for reporting purposes however this is causing a problem where the priority
of set according to the matrix rather than the priority set by the user.

Is there any way we can change this so that this feature can be turned off?
