Hello,

Look in dynamic Fields. There must be two dropdown fields called ITSMCriticality and ITSMImpact. Without them that Matrix won't have values to pick up from.

I found this really strange since we had few test services defined in the pasted I am 100% sure that matrix was available. Any idea what could cause this and how to fix it?
