I made this change and also corrected the error pointed out by Nils.
The script is updated and can be downloaded at
http://www.theworldsend.net . It's a single file and provides you a
nice quick realtime report of open tickets that is suitable for
management.

Hi Swen,
if you add the lines echo "<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC \"-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN\"\n"; echo " \"http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd\">\n\n"; just before printing the html-header the page is even HTML-4.01-conform.
