If you do indeed brave the upgrade , I think I for one will greatly appreciate your feedback , as I have not yet been brave enough to upgrade our production system.

I have always just upgraded using the rpm (rpm -Uvh otrs*.rpm). Started out with the 2.0 beta's and now at 2.1.4. Never had a problem. Nils Breunese.
