Hello, Usually, Apple has their own agreement for all applications that are downloaded via Appstore (which all apps should be). I assume that, if OTRS hasn't provided their own agreement, which is possible, it is Apple's agreement that is valid for the actual client. I think... The iPhone app sends JSON queries to the OTRS iPhone handle, which is server-side, and is written in Perl just as the rest of the OTRS platform.
