help please...I'm getting the same error: Message: Need TicketID! Traceback (16547): Module: Kernel::System::Ticket::Article::ArticleCreate (v1.147.2.2) Line: 83 Module: Kernel::Modules::CustomerTicketMessage::Run (v1.24.2.1) Line: 318 Module: Kernel::System::Web::InterfaceCustomer::Run (v1.20.2.1) Line: 705 Module: /opt/spikesource/var/www/localhost/cgi-bin/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/customer.pl (v1.37) Line: 47 In my case I have upgraded from 1.3 to 2.2.7 updated the database with the DBUpdate scripts (to 2.0, 2.1, 2.2). And the agent side seems to work fine. Help please. Tona M.
