I did a research on this list and found a response (put FS instead DB for filesystem about attachments) but I don't know if my problem will be solved by doing this .. and even worse I don't the impact of such a change in the system ...) What do you mean by checking the attachments in the webmailer? The thing sure is that the file-1 (which is an html one, copy of the message) is created by OTRS (that point is sure) and it is from there that problem appears. But when you know that OTRS don't use ms-outlook in house that explains such bugs ... I have asked the team to forward me the original email (forwarding) to an other email address that is linked to a test system (separate install) but I am not able to reproduce the case) Does someone knows the impact of changing the DB (database) to FS (filesystem) for attachments?
