Hi all, I install OTRS 2.4.5 on a windows server 2000 and I want to use FastCGI or mod_perl to increase performances, I read the files readme.webserver, but my knowledge about Perl and apache is very limited. So somebody could explain and help me how to install this ? And I have another question but I dont know if its linked .
