[otrs] OTRS parse e-mail text to get parameters

Hi, Can OTRS parse the e-mail body to get priority of a request? I'd like to create an e-mail template that (internal) customers would use, and in this template, the priority would be stated. Can OTRS parse the e-mail body to get the priority? Thanks, Ugo
