Is it possibile to assign a Time Quota to a customer? In this way it is possible to track time spent on a customer based on the helpdesk time that he has bought.
There's no quota in OTRS atm, but it could be a thought for the future. In the meantime you could go and sum up customer's time slices manually from the SQL DB to compare it with paid values. hth, Robert Kehl
