There are no special plans for stats features. Maybe you and all other people post a list of wanted default stats. And I put it on the TODO list. However, you still have the possibility to generate your own custom stats by using the SQL database. A database picture is in the CVS (http://otrs.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/otrs/doc/otrs-database.dia).
