hi all

i am running otrs on windows small business server 2003 . i was looking at the postmaster filter option in the admin area. can somebody tell me wat X-OTRS-TICKETKEY 1 and other options denote.

 i tried to set filters for moving tickets automatically inside the system. that is i set priority and set it to a particluar queue if the state is changed. will this work ??
