yes, I use Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express and chek my email
succesfully.In otrs Post Master Mail account I add my mail account and after
that when I click on RunNow otrs don't send any errore but my email not
appear in my queue.

Can you fetch your emails using an ordinary mail client like MS Outlook Express or Mozilla Thunderbird (by POP3 of course)?
