I want to make the authentication with ldap already i see it is url http://doc.otrs.org/1.1/html/user-auth-backend.html#AEN596 but not what i must do?
Sorry, but you might try the wrong point in time to ask here. You'll have your LDAP server up'n'running, and you yourself should be equipped with basic understanding of how LDAP works and what it does. A good starting point to get the basics on LDAP were http://www.openldap.org/ And their FaQ-O-Matic: http://www.openldap.org/faq/data/cache/1.html If you're having a specific problem concerning LDAP, please give much more info.
