Only when I reset AgentDashboard did the problem go away.

Hi Mikola and all,
looking at Mikola's ZZZAuto.pm, the file which contains the local config modifications, it seems that there are some so-called "frontend module registration" settings in this file, maybe because at some point this setting was locally modified, and therefore it did not receive the updates from OTRS 3. In particular, these registrations may now hold module-specific CSS and/or JavaScript.
Example:
$Self->{'Frontend::Module'}->{'AgentStats'} = ...
These settings should be reset to their default value in admin -> sysconfig (in this case: 'Frontend::Module###AgentStats') with the little "Reset" button next to the "Active" checkbox. Then it should work again, and the settings will no longer show up in Kernel/Config/Files/ZZZAuto.pm.
